At Ainsley's Silver Blossom we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. Because jewellery is a personal item, we’ve created a return and exchange policy that respects both our customers and our small business.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings (due to hygiene laws).
Custom, engraved, or personalised items.
Sale or discounted items (final sale).

Refunds
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
Refunds will be processed on return of goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We can exchange for another similar item with the same value or issue a full refund.
We will only exchange once the faulty items have been sent back and inspected.
